More than home care providers, we are partners.

Senior Care Georgia

Atlanta Home Care Partners, Inc., provides personal, caring assistance in the familiar surroundings of home that mean so much. We provide safety—the kind of safety only trained, well-supervised and loving caregivers can offer to help prevent falls, manage medication, prepare healthy food and encourage exercise.

Caring for the mind, body and spirit is our practice.

Our dedication to preserving dignity and providing a way for individuals to age or recuperate at home is demonstrated from the moment of intake with our thorough assessment process, and is carried out by our practice of caring for the mind, body and spirit of each of our clients.

Complimentary Care Assessment

Our complimentary in-home care assessment is based on multiple considerations. Atlanta Home Care Partners, Inc., helps determine if an in-home caregiver is the most appropriate recommendation for care for the situation, and/or if an excellent referral is needed.  In addition to identifying the circumstances that have caused an individual to lose his or her independence, we consider:

  • Budget available for care
  • Socialization needs and history of past activities
  • Physical needs including personal care
  • Family dynamics and available support system

Working with our care managers and hands-on owners, you can rest assured that a compatible caregiver will be matched to your or your loved one’s needs. And because we are licensed by the State of Georgia and regulated by the Office of Regulatory Services, you can expect to receive Atlanta’s best elder care. If your loved one has Alzheimer’s, we are specially trained to assist.

Contact us today at 404-228-0103 or by our online contact form to learn more about our home care solutions in the metro Atlanta area (DeKalb, Fulton, Gwinnett and Cobb counties). Servicing areas from Alpharetta to Forest Park and beyond, Atlanta Home Care Partners, Inc., is close to home.
