Merrily Orsini was a pioneer in the geriatric care managed home care business model starting in 1981, with the founding of Elder Care Solutions in Louisville, Kentucky. She now writes, speaks and consults on the national level advocating for high quality home care models that integrate geriatric care management with home care.
She serves on the advisory board of the Private Duty Homecare Association (PDHCA), an arm of the National Association of Home Care (NAHC). Orsini is a chapter author in the classic text book Handbook of Geriatric Care Management and has again been tapped for the new rewrite and release. She is a 1990 graduate of the National Leadership on Aging.
After selling her business in 1996, Orsini founded corecubed, an integrated marketing communications firm. Orsini was a key member of the team for corecubed’s prestigious win of the 2006 Public Relations Society of America’s Bronze Anvil Award for a feature story. A 2002 delegate to the National Women’s Leadership Summit, Orsini is used to being tapped as a resource for business input on a national level. In spring of 2000, she was summoned to Washington, D.C. to meet with President Bush regarding his policy on small business, and in 1995 was appointed as a delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business. In 1996, she was awarded the prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Kentucky and Indiana, and inducted into the Entrepreneur of the Year Institute. That same year, the National Association of Women Business Owners named her one of their Women Business Owners of the Year for Kentucky. She also served as the first woman president of the downtown Louisville Rotary Club, the 27th largest Rotary Club in the world, from 1998–99 and was awarded the Business & Professional Women of Achievement Award in 1998.
Orsini earned a Master of Science in Social Work from the Kent School of Social Work at the University of Louisville. She has consulting, marketing, and PR clients in many of the United States and since 1986 has worked with various small businesses in the United States and abroad on elder care businesses, marketing and PR, e-business, and business development using a strategic branded approach to growth.

Patricia Jones, APRN, BC
Pat Jones earned her Professional Nursing Diploma at the Scott and White Memorial Hospital. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science and Master’s degrees in Nursing, each Cum Laude, at Georgia State University. Her post-graduate work, also completed at Georgia State University, spans Adult Psychiatry and Mental Health Nursing. Ms. Jones is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, and she holds licensures in Nursing in both Texas and Georgia.
Ms. Jones is a highly recognized expert in the field of behavioral therapy. For more than 20 years, her Atlanta-based private practice has focused on helping Seniors with the issues of aging and the families of aging parents. Her clients have included major corporations, physicians, medical residents, professional organizations and civic groups.
Featured on CNN and multiple television shows in the greater Atlanta area, Ms. Jones is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society for Nurses; the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, the International Association of Psychiatric Liaison Nurses, The American Nurses Association and the International Association of Counselors and Therapists. Active in numerous civic initiatives and winner of the North Fulton Alpharetta Rotary Club’s Distinguished Achievement Citation for charity funding, Ms. Jones resides in Atlanta.

John P. Schreitmueller is the founder, President and CEO of Resolute Consulting Group. He is regarded as one of the top leadership and work/life strategists in the world. His experience creating invaluable relationships with CEOs, senior executives, business owners, professionals and celebrities spans over 23 years and roles as a Partner and Senior Vice President of Reedie & Company LLC and Partner of the global executive search firm Ray & Berndtson.
Mr. Schreitmueller earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Southern Connecticut State University and a commission as a United States Marine Corps officer during the late Vietnam era. He commanded an infantry rifle platoon overseas and later flew missions aboard Marine Forward Air Control aircraft.
Following military service, Mr. Schreitmueller advanced rapidly at Texas Instruments, Beech Aircraft Corporation and American Airline’s Sky Chefs. As a corporate officer at Sky Chefs, his leadership contributed to the company’s successful expansion into global markets via joint ventures and acquisitions throughout North America, Europe and the Pacific Rim. Mr. Schreitmueller then formed his own company, and developed one of the first global leadership and career consulting practices developed specifically for high visibility executives and professionals.
Mr. Schreitmueller earned a Graduate Certificate in Marketing in 1994 at Southern Methodist University’s Edwin L. Cox School of Business and afterwards accepted the school’s invitation to join its adjunct faculty. In 2000, he completed with other leaders selected from industry, government and the military services the rigorous Program on Leadership for Senior Executives at Harvard University, The John F. Kennedy School of Government.
A licensed commercial pilot with thousands of hours flying high performance aircraft, Mr. Schreitmueller is the author of Of Dreams and Astronauts, a critically acclaimed narrative on the U.S. manned space program, published in 1989. Noted for its historical significance, the book won the Aviation/Space Writers Association Award of Excellence for nonfiction journalism in 1990. Mr. Schreitmueller is a frequent guest on nationally syndicated radio talk programs and has been featured on XM Satellite’s Sixties at 6, MSNBC and The NBC Evening News with Tom Brokaw. Booked by organizations globally as a featured speaker on leading resolutely, his comments and articles appear in publications such as Private Clubs, Human Resources Executive, Dow Jones’ National Business Employment Weekly, Workforce, and Aviation Week & Space Technology. Mr. Schreitmueller is currently working on his next book, Real Leadership Begins with You.
Among his many interests, Mr. Schreitmueller is an enthusiastic polo player. He resides in Roswell, Georgia.

Jon G. Blaustein was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He attended the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, obtained an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Georgia State University (B.B.A., 1976) and received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1983. Mr. Blaustein has been practicing law in Atlanta since that time.
The primary focus of Mr. Blaustein’s practice is to represent and counsel closely held businesses and their principals in a wide range of business, transactional and tax matters. Areas of practice include corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, income tax, estate tax and asset protection planning, planning for succession and transfer of control, complex business, commercial and financing transactions, contracts and contract law, securities regulations and private offerings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, franchise law and commercialization of intellectual property.
Mr. Blaustein received a Certificate as a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia in 1980. His experience includes having performed various accounting functions for a manufacturing company while completing his undergraduate degree, and extensive forensic accounting and auditing experience for a well-known insurance company to help meet the requirements for his CPA Certificate.
Mr. Blaustein is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association (Director, Business and Finance Section, 2003-Present), American Bar Association (Member, Sections on: Corporation, Banking and Business Law; Taxation) and State Bar of Georgia (Member, Committee on Cooperation with GSCPA, 1989-1992; Vice Chairman 1990), and a former member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (Member, Committee on Cooperation with the State Bar of Georgia, 1984-1990). Mr. Blaustein is the author of “Bankruptcy Taxation: Succession to Tax Attributes,” Journal of Corporate Taxation, 1984; and was a Teaching Assistant, Business Law, University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia, 1982-1983.
